Exaud Mushi

Exaud is a registered Consulting Engineer in Tanzania specialising in Highway Engineering. He was the Chairman of the Group of African Member Associations of FIDIC, GAMA from 2007 – 2009.

He holds an MSc in (Highway) Engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.

Exaud has been the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of NORPLAN Tanzania Ltd in Tanzania since 2006. Prior to that, he was the Resident Manager and Chief Engineer of NORPLAN AS Tanzania, the Tanzanian branch of a Norwegian firm of Consulting Engineers, for over eight years. Notably, he was the first Tanzanian to take that position in the Tanzanian branch, after it had been held by Norwegian nationals for over 22 years.
